If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, our hassle-free return and refund policy is here to help.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You can raise a return or exchange request within 7 days of delivery if:
The product is unused and in original condition (with tags, box, and packaging intact).
The wrong product or size was delivered.
The product is damaged or defective upon delivery.
Please note: Products purchased during sale or clearance events may not be eligible for return unless defective.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return or exchange:
Email us at support@lilredfox.com with your Order ID and reason for return.
Attach clear photos of the product (if damaged or incorrect).
Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with pickup or return instructions.
3. Return Pickup & Shipping
For approved returns, we will arrange a reverse pickup through our courier partners (where available).
In remote areas, customers may need to self-ship the item to our warehouse address shared via email.
Items must be securely packed to avoid damage during transit.
4. Refunds
Once the returned product is received and inspected:
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to your original payment method.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or UPI after verification.
Refunds may take additional time depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color:
You can request an exchange instead of a refund while raising your return request.
Replacement will be shipped once the original item is received and inspected.
6. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
Products without original packaging or tags.
Items showing signs of wear, damage, or washing.
Personalized or custom-made footwear.
7. Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing them or before they are shipped.
Once shipped, cancellations will be treated as returns.
