1. Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver across India through trusted courier partners. If you're ordering from outside India, please contact us at support@lilredfox.com for assistance.

2. Processing Time

• Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Saturday, excluding public holidays).
• You will receive an order confirmation email once your payment is successful.
• A tracking number will be sent via email once your order is shipped.

3. Delivery Time

• Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, etc.): 3-5 business days
• Other Cities & Towns: 5-7 business days
• Remote Areas: 7-10 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on orders above ₹999
• Standard shipping charges of ₹50-₹100 apply for orders below ₹999
• Exact shipping costs will be displayed at checkout

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive:
• A tracking number via email
• SMS updates on delivery status
• You can track your order using the tracking link provided

6. Delivery Address

• Please ensure your delivery address is complete and correct
• We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect addresses
• Address changes can be requested within 12 hours of placing the order by contacting support@lilredfox.com

7. Failed Delivery Attempts

• If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, the courier will attempt 2-3 times
• After failed attempts, the order will be returned to us
• Return shipping charges may apply for re-delivery

8. International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping. We ship within India only.

9. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit:
• Contact us immediately at support@lilredfox.com
• Provide your order number and photos (if damaged)
• We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund
